Common Return Questions

At StreetGuild, your 100% satisfaction is our number one priority, and we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience, and the most beautiful fine jewelry that will last you a lifetime. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply exchange or return the item within 14 days.

Why 14 days?
We once had a 30 days return policy but had issues ranging from customer exploitation where thay return products near the end of 30 days too often and suppliers varying return policies.


What items are returnable?

  • Standard Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, unless noted on the product page.
  • In original condition as arrived.
  • If the items is not as described like color, quality, damaged etc, in which case you have a choice of a Full refund, Exchange, or keep it and get partial Refund or sell it on ebay :-)

What items are non-refundable?

  • Personalised and Engraved items are non-refundable unless it is part the products design.
  • Design-your-own and custom made orders are not refundable, and non-cancellable
  • Gift Cards are not returnable
  • Clearance items are not refundable
  • Appraisals are non refundable
  • Free gifts or Marketing Materials
  • Purchases made with either part of full Loyalty Points toward the cost of the product.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • We will cover your shipping cost up to $14  BUT you are responsible for additional return shipping costs.
  • You MUST choose trackable Mail option and share the tracking number and website link with us.

How do I return?

1. Easy Return Process

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return. Returns will not be accepted without the number.
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
  • Some occations you may need to email pictures of the item.


2. Package Your Return
Safely package the item you are returning, and include all original packaging, the invoice (if provided), and collateral material. For security reasons do not write jewelry on the box. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

3. Insure your Package
Insuring your package is extremely important. Please also make sure to get a tracking confirmation for your order.

4. Refund: 
Upon receiving the package, our quality assurance team will review the item. Upon their approval we will issue a refund within 7 business days in the original payment method. 

**Refunds will not be processed by wire transfers such as Western Union and other such under any circumstances or excuse.
*If we receive any email with a reason or story and requesting to be refunded by wire transfer other than the original payment used, We will automatically cancel the refund process even if the product is already being shipped.
*All emails and communications will will be kept in file for future record.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund + Shipping up to $14 will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
