* Refund periods can vary between brands selling on eetags.com, most brands offer 30 days but 14 days is the Minimum standard imposed by eetags.
If the customer wishes to return a product between 14 and 30 days (from the day your product has arrived to the address confirmed on courier tracking) that is beyond the seller's return policy. You will need to contact eetags.com and we will get in touch with the seller with the following outcome.
a) If the seller accepts the return,
We will then provide a return address for you to ship to.

b) If the seller refuses the return,
We at eetags.com can take the return from you.. we will provide you with our postal addres to our office address in London, United Kingdom. Or the closest warehouses to your address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with the original packaging or gift box/bag. The return package must provide adequate cushioning to the product to prevent damage while being delivered.
