You need to qualify "FREE Delivery" for orders being delivered to Brands Domestic Address.
ie- if your home address is in the same country as the Brand's Country.
If you've already placed an order, but it hasn't yet entered the dispatch process, you can go back and change the delivery method to FREE Delivery.
You will need to contact us As soon as possible and we'll resolve this as soon as possible.
If the item has already been dispatched we cannot refund the shipping rate but instead we can (a) credit the shipping cost to your account, (b) Offer you Discount voucher of the same value.
